November 2025 Book Releases
I am so excited about the November 2025 book releases, and I cannot wait to get my hands on these books. It is always so much fun finding the upcoming new books.
This month, there are some fantastic picks. I also have a list of October 2025 book releases by genre. I also love how many debut novels are on the list this month- we have four! Kirsten and I fill the November 2025 book releases with the books that we are very excited to read. Generally November is a light month for publishing, but there are 27 books on this list we cannot wait to get our hands on.

Why Kirsten loves it
After My Sister, The Serial Killer, I will forever read anything that Braithwaite writes, and this story about a family curse does not disappoint. I felt for each generation of women as they dealt with the superstitions in their own way. I loved the multiple timelines and narrators as each gave such depth to the story.
And that ending! Loved it! Braithwaite truly writes scenes that are so vivid in your imagination that they stay with you long after the final page has been turned.

Why Jackie loves it
This is the book that I needed to read right now. It felt like a fall beach read! I have been to New Hope many times, but the descriptions left me feeling like I needed to take another trip. Why Kirsten likes it
At times, the plot felt like it contained too many people to keep track of, but the various struggles from each family were moving and personal. I also deeply respected the queer family representation. I can’t think of many family dramas that revolve around issues unique to queer families, like sperm donors, top surgery, finding inclusive schools, and other marital struggles.
Despite the struggles each family was overcoming, it was wonderful to see the relationships handled in a healthy, accepting way. It didn’t all get wrapped up in a bow either, there were messy complicated decisions that made the story all the more real. #gifted by PRHAudio

Why Kirsten loves it
I loved this look at what genetrification can do to a small town. It was filled with humor, yet lifted the veil of the underbelly of politics, capitalism, and scandal in small town life. I found the cast of characters were fleshed out in ways I wouldn’t have thought possible with so many to handle. I also found everyone’s internal struggle of self vs. greater good to be fascinating and hearing who they voted for in the end left me delighted!

Why Jackie loves it
I had no idea that the Sherman brothers were the artists behind so many of the musical masterpieces from Disney that I loved as a child and still love to this day. “Let’s Get Together” from The Parent Trap is just one example. This book was so easy to read, I breezed through it. There was so much information, but it never felt like too much. I could not read this book fast enough.
