Queen Camilla’s Book Club: Complete List
The Queen’s Reading Room is Queen Camilla’s book club. Unlike all the other “celebrity” book clubs, Queen Camilla’s is now a charity. I put celebrity in quotes because the Queen is so much more. The Queen’s Reading Room can bring books and authors to shelters, food banks, and soup kitchens to make reading accessible to all. Queen Camilla has become a champion to those who support reading in their communities. For this reason, Kirsten and I wanted to make a complete list of the books in Queen Camilla’s book club.

Her Majesty, The Queen, chooses “four favorite books, in four seasons each year. ” At first, I was not sure what this meant. I realized that this is 16 books a year as opposed to the usual formula of one book per month, like Reese, Jenna, and GMA.
However, if you are looking at Queen Camilla’s book club, you will notice that Her Majesty did choose one book a month for 2025. This year, in 2026, Her Majesty is back to choosing 4 books a season. We wonder why.

Expert Tip
Queen Camilla’s book club, The Queen’s Reading Room, started in 2021 and has now become a charity that promotes literacy. Her Majesty chooses books by the season (with the exception of 2025, in which the books were chosen monthly). Typically, there are four books in each of the four seasons, making 16 books a year. How do you know if Queen Camilla’s Book Club is right for you?
- The Queen’s Reading Room has a variety of books from classics to thrillers.
- Her Majesty does not pick new releases. For example, the season 18 picks include The Grey Wolf by Louise Penny, which was published in 2024. The Black Wolf is the next book in the series and was published in 2025.
- The Queen’s picks are thought-provoking, but very readable books. I was surprised by how many books Kirsten and I have read (and LOVED) from this list.
