This is your companion guide to the Off-Campus series characters. The world of Elle Kennedy’s Briar U universe is complex and overlapping, so I wanted to help you keep track of who’s who in the book series.
If you are coming here after checking out the Off-Campus series order, you know that there are technically three series within the Off-Campus series. While the books all usually take place at Briar U, there are tons of characters that come and go, so it’s hard to keep track of them all.
Most of the characters in Elle Kennedy’s series are recurring, memorable, hot, and hilarious. I wanted to give a Briar U character list to help jog your memory, especially if you aren’t reading the story in order. And while this is not an exhaustive list, I hope it helps as you read the books or watch the hit Amazon Prime show.

Off-Campus Series Characters
The main characters change from book to book, but the core cast of characters pretty much stays the same, meaning you’ll get to see Garrett and Hannah in later books. The exception is some of the female main characters who don’t appear in earlier stories.

This is the third series within the Briar U universe. The story is about the descendants of the original series and their group of friends. The first three stories take place at Briar U, but Love Song and Bad Idea are standalones that take place off-site, but still are about the children of the OG cast.

- Diana is a junior juggling 2 jobs, school, and prep for a ballroom dancing competition while being the captain of the cheerleading team. Shane is a hockey player who needs help getting over his ex.

Two books involve the second generation of Off-Campus characters but don’t take place at Briar U. They are considered standalones, but they are part of the universe.
- Wyatt Graham and Blake Logan – Love Song
- Gigi’s twin, Garrett and Hannah’s son, and a musician. Blake is John and Sabrina’s daughter, escaping a bad breakup at her family’s Tahoe lake house — where Wyatt shows up and complicates everything.
- The book also brings in the extended next generation: Gigi Graham and Luke Ryder, Beau, Ivy, and Kate Di Laurentis, Jamie and Alexandra Tucker, Gray and Stella Davenport, and AJ Connelly all make appearances — making this the closest thing to a full family reunion in the series so far.
- AJ Connelly and Ivy Di Laurentis – Bad Idea
- AJ is Jake and Brenna’s son. Ivy is Dean and Allie’s daughter.
