“Then his heart made up his mind.” – Lindsay Mattick, Finding Winnie
We Love Winne the Pooh so much we wanted to make an adorable Winnie the Pooh nursery that is perfect for your baby.
Classic Winnie the Pooh is adorable but did you know that the stories are based on a real bear?

Finding Winnie by Lindsey Mattick is the amazing and true story of the most beloved of all bears- Winnie the Pooh. In 1914, a military veterinarian name Harry Colebourn rescued a baby bear and named him Winnie after his hometown of Winnipeg, Canada.
That bear found his way to the London zoo where he became friends with a little boy named Christopher Robin. The best part? This is a true story that is told by Harry Colebourn’s great- grand-daughter.
The book has an album at the back filled with pictures. This is an adorable book that I know that I will be giving to Winnie the Pooh lovers of all ages (my sister-in-law comes to mind).
I read this book to my kids who all loved it. I couldn’t help but think if I were to make a Winnie the Pooh Nursery, what would I put in it. Needless to say, what can be better than a cozy bear den to sleep?
